Asphalt Associates Products

New Asphalt Construction and Paving:

Excavation, grading, drainage planning, aggregate base course, compaction, asphalt paving, utility location, lot striping, dirt removal or addition; all associated services.

Removal and Replacement:

Correcting sub-grade deficiencies, Removal of part or all of pavement and base. Excavation, compaction of new base, new asphalt rolled, engineering of any incorrect sub-grade conditions.

Overlay:

New asphalt layer of one to three inches over existing surface, milling of surface where necessary, cleaning, grass edging, tack applied for adhering to new surface, all associated services.

Skin Patching:

Skin Patching (as opposed to Removal and Replacement) can be offered when the underlying base is structurally sound. Involves cleaning, applying tack, applying hot mixed asphalt, and then compacting. Best utilized where only localized areas have deteriorated.

Custom Work:

Decorative circles, asphalt edging, borders, offset walkways, cobblestone designs, and various attractive design alternatives are offered at equally attractive prices.

Sealcoating:

We use Seal Master Pavement Sealer, an industry leader, as a protective coating that provides a crisp, uniform color for all asphalt surfaces. Sealcoating can more than double the life of your pavement, reducing maintenance and enhancing appearance.

Address Stamping, Striping, etc:

Address service is a popular free option to residents, tenants, owners and associations. We offer a variety of styles. Striping is colorfast, sharp and vibrant, featuring the latest technology and equipment, as do all of our paving methods.
